Healthy Gut Parmesan Scrambled Eggs breakfast with collagen coffee
Ingredients / 1 Serve
- 1 tsp butter or ghee
- 2 large eggs
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 piece of sourdough toast
- Salt, to taste
For serving

Method
- Heat fat on medium in a small pan.
- Lightly whisk eggs, salt, and parmesan together.
- Pour into hot pan and stir gently, bringing the outer cooked egg into the centre.
- Cook 2-3 minutes or until just set.
