We get our liver from regenerative, certified organic farms in southern central Australia. These are farms with very low levels of foreign ownership. It's also a part of Australia that is very mineral-rich. 

This mineral-rich land provides nutrients for the native grass that grows on them. The result is wonderful: extremely vitamin and mineral-rich liver from some of the best fed, widest roaming cows in the world.

The liver is immediately frozen and taken to a free-dry facility where it is turned into a powder and packed into our easy-swallow gelatine capsules. These livers are un-defatted, which is important, as it means they retain all of the high amounts of fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E, and K).

The whole process takes 48 hours from start to finish - that's pretty amazing! We take samples of the liver for third-party testing in Brisbane, Australia to ensure everything is pure and of the highest quality.

Yes. It is. Each capsule contains 600mg of pure desiccated organic beef liver. The capsules can easily be opened and added to i.e. a smoothie or juice as well
