Collagen Yoghurt Bark

When eating for good gut health, especially when dealing with damage to your gut, it's helpful to eat meals made from fewer, good quality ingredients.

Made with only 4 ingredients, this yogurt bark includes Collagen Restore + Supergut Protein which, combined, support the beneficial bacteria in your gut, reduce bloating, improve bowel regularity and will keep you fuller for longer.

Method:

  1. Line a plate with baking paper and set aside.
  2. To a small bowl, add the yoghurt, collagen and protein. Mix until well combined and no clumps remain.  
  3. Spread an even layer of the collagen yoghurt on the plate with baking paper. Add on whatever topping you desire (we did freeze-dried strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, hemp seeds, chopped hazelnuts and shaved dark chocolate). 
  4. Set in the freezer for at least two hours, or ideally overnight. 
  5. Once set, simply crack into your desired-sized pieces.

Notes:

  • This bark can last in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
