Yes, Debloat is a vegan product.


No. Perfectly Pure is bovine (cow) in origin, and Hydrate & Glow is marine sourced (from wild, sustainably caught cod fish).

Unfortunately there is no vegan collagen anywhere in the world at the moment. Some companies put some tricky marketing in there to make it seem like there is. Kind of like maple (flavoured) syrup. The "flavoured" part is super small on the packaging. 

There are some early bacteria based ones that are being trialled and we'll be sure to add that to the line up in the future if they are of good enough quality. 

Good Gut Gelatin

No, it's organic bovine (cow) in origin.

Hero Protein

No. Hero contains casein protein. Casein is the protein in milk besides whey.

Organic Beef Liver Multivitamin

No, our organic beef liver is an animal product.

We certainly recommend that you talk with your pediatrician before introducing your children to any My Way Up products, as each child’s nutritional needs will differ. However, these are generally regarded as food products and safe.


Is not suitable for children.

We've always got to stick to dosage and recommend guidelines. So although, we've never found any studies that contraindicate the use use of Debloat in people under the age of 18, we've got to respect those recommendations. The capsules can easily be opened. 

Yes. The Perfectly Pure Collagen as well as Good Gut Gelatin and Organic Beef Liver Multivitamin are certified halal and kosher. 

We also got an excellent Hydrate & Glow marine collagen which is from 100% wild caught cod from the pristine waters between Norway and Iceland. 

Our average delivery timeline is 3-5 days. Orders received before 11.30AM will ship on the same day (M-F).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your products are on the way. All orders ship via Australia Post and are typically delivered 3-5 days (M-F) after shipment.

Rest assured your products are en route; tracking updates can be slightly delayed due to high volumes, but you should see updates within a few days (M-F).

All My Way Up products are natural foods and are considered perishable goods. Due to this, we unfortunately can not accept any returns or provide you with refunds due to product tampering and safety concerns. 

If however, you were sent the wrong item or the item got damage in transit then we ill happily provide you with a refund. As long as the goods are in their original saleable condition. 

Once we have received your returned package, we’ll inspect all items before a refund or exchange is issued. We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are not returned in their original condition, then they will be returned back to you.

We’ll let you know by email if your item has been accepted for a refund or exchange.

Sometimes there may be a delivery hiccup, which we know can be frustrating. This is usually resolved by AUSPost, and your package should be at your door within the next few days. In the meantime, if you’re able to safely check with your neighbors and/or mail carrier, they may have more information. Otherwise, we are happy to help.

To request an order cancellation, please use our contact form below. We're unable to cancel orders that have started processing, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.

Head over to your subscription account. You’ll find the “Cancel my subscription” link under your order summary. You'll still be able to purchase your Way Up products without re-subscribing, but you will no longer have access to your membership benefits. 

Yes! You may have as many products as you’d like on one subscription.

Unfortunately we do not accept additional discounts on subscription orders!

Unfortunately no. Afterpay is only available on "buy-once" items.
