This stuff is amazing. I started having it in my coffee each morning, which was good. However, I now have it in a glass of water before bed. I wake up feeling great, with no bloating, and regular for the first time in years. It does have a slight kind of gelatin taste, but nothing offensive. I've only been taking for a little over a month, so I'm excited to see how my skin improves in the next month or so.

I love love love it! I have been using another brand for a year or two but thought I'd give This Way Up a go.. especially because it's made in Australia. The results are astounding, my skin is glowing and my gut health is so much better - I've had people repeatedly comment on my skin recently which never happens.
