At My Way Up®, we stand behind our products and quality controls.

Sometimes, when creating high strength products that work well for most people, they will not work as well for a small percentage of other people – that's a part of natural health and nutrition.

If you’re not satisfied with a My Way Up® product you purchased from our website or from one of our authorised sellers and you are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, you may contact My Way Up® directly to request a refund or a product credit for a purchase from My Way Up®.

In some cases, our gut health consultants will recommend a product more suited to your goals and offer to send it to you free of charge, and in other cases we will request you use the product for a clinically meaningful length of time (for example Skin + Gut take 90 days to attain its full effect).

Test kits are not covered by the Guarantee.
