Directions

Mix 35g (3 to 4 heaped tbsp) with 80 to 100ml of your favourite milk & stir well to create a creamy custard, or mix 20 into a smoothie or shake. Enjoy as dessert, a post-workout shake, or as a high-protein snack.

Australian grass-fed casein, Prebiotic blend (SolNul® Resistant Potato Starch, Flaxseed Fibre, Green Banana Resistant Starch), Cocoa (Swiss Chocolate & Vegan Mylk Chocolate Flavour), Skim Milk Powder, Natural Flavour, L-Glycine, Vegetable Fibre, Coconut Water Powder, MCT Oil Powder, Stevia leaf, Probiotic (Bacillus coagulans), Digestive Enzymes (protease, amylase, cellulase, lactase, lipase).


ALLERGENS: low-lactose dairy (Swiss Chocolate and French Vanilla). Manufactured in a facility that produces products containing egg, soy, nuts, peanuts & fish.

My Way Up Favourites:

• warm it up in the microwave or on the stove.
• make a bowl with berries & homemade granola. 
• cut a papaya in half & put the custard in the middle.
• make smoothies and shakes out of it - the creaminess is incredible!

DIRECTIONS

Mix 10g (approx. one heaped tbsp) into your coffee, tea, juice, smoothie, or soup. Can be taken twice per day for additional help with stress management or improved skin/weight loss results. Store in a dry, cool place away from the sun.
