Directions

Mix 20 g into a smoothie or shake, or mix 35 g (3 to 4 heaped tbsp) with 80 to 100ml of your favourite milk & stir well to create a creamy custard. Enjoy as dessert, a post-workout shake, or as a high-protein, high fibre snack.  

My Way Up Favourites:

• warm it up in the microwave or on the stove.
• make a bowl with berries & homemade granola. 
• cut a papaya in half & put the custard in the middle.
• make creamy smoothies and shakes with it.
