We send out a reply paid, resealable test kit box. You provide us with a very tiny stool sample that goes into a small tube containing proprietary liquids inside -  you shake it up, screw the cap back on, reseal the box, and pop it into the mail.

A week later, your report will be ready and our clinicians will walk you through it. You'll learn about your gut function, microbiome health, metabolism, inflammation, gut barrier function, digestion capability, and other incredible insights.

Our technology will also give you the top superfoods, everyday foods, supplements and probiotics that will help improve your health fastest.

Pro Gut™ is simple, and quick to complete. You'll receive a kit, with instructions both in video and written form.

In short, you'll use a scoop provided to scoop up a small amount of stool, put it into a tube provided, put the lid back on, and put it in a reply paid box to pop in a mail box. That's it!
