    Gut smarter

Many diets quietly crash and burn between dinner and bedtime.

These Strawberry Lemonade Sleep + Slim Gummies will help you get a tasty, high protein snack in after dinner, while also giving you an interesting side benefit.

A 3 gummy serving delivers 3g of the amino acid glycine—the dose that's shown to help people stay asleep for longer.

Studies show that glycine can reduce night-time urination (nocturia) by improving urine storage symptoms, including urgency, urge incontinence, and bladder pain.

Clinical trials have shown that glycine supplementation results in fewer nighttime awakenings and improved sleep latency.

When you sleep through the night, your hunger hormones stay balanced, cravings stay low, and it's easier to stick to your weight wellness goals the next day.

    Ingredients

    Makes 16 squares | 5 serves

    • 1 cup of organic strawberries, fresh or frozen
    • 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    • 1/4 cup of water
    • 3-4 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
    • 1/4 cup of Pure Gelatin
    • 1 scoop Collagen Restore

    Method

    1. Place the ingredients in a blender except the gelatin and blend until smooth. Then transfer to a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top of mixture.

    2. Wait 5 minutes and then whisk in, as you turn on the stove to medium heat.

    3. Heat until mixture is slightly bubbling but not to a full boil for 5 minutes. Keep whisking to ensure all the gelatin has dissolved.

    4. Spoon the gelatin mixture into an 8x8 inch dish and cut into 16 large squares once set.
