Mixed Berry Prebiotic Chia Pudding | Creamy & Gut-Nourishing

Indulge in this Mixed Berry Blended Chia Pudding. This blend provides probiotics, prebiotics, polyphenols, and amino acids to nourish your digestive system. Chia seeds add a boost of fibre and omega-3s, supporting gut health and promoting regularity. Blending the pudding not only creates a smooth, creamy texture but also makes it easier on the digestive system, allowing for optimal absorption of nutrients. Gluten-free | Serves 2

Ingredients:

- 300ml milk of choice
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp organic Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp Daily Gut Nutrition
- ¼ cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 tsp Vanilla Supergut Protein (optional)

Method:

1. To a high-speed blender or food processor, add 200ml of the milk, chia seeds and
yoghurt. Blend until the chia seeds are no longer whole and are well incorporated about 2 minutes.
2. Add in the Daily Gut Nutrition powder, Supergut Protein, mixed berries and the
remaining 100ml of milk. Blend again until well combined and smooth.
3. Transfer into two small jars or glass Tupperware and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
4. Once set, top with more Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, and honey if desired. Dig in and enjoy!

Notes:

- This chia pudding can last in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
