Made with Daily Gut Nutrition, these gummies blend probiotics, prebiotics, polyphenols, and amino acids to nourish your gut microbiome. The base, gelatin, provides extra amino acids and supports gut lining health. Gluten-free | Dairy-free | Serves 12
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup organic gelatin powder
- ½ cup cold coconut water (or cold normal water)
- 1 cup water
- 2 heaped tbsp Daily Gut Nutrition powder
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix the gelatin and cold coconut water. Set aside to bloom for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, add the water and the Daily Gut Nutrition powder. Use a hand-held whisk to blend until no clumps remain.
- Over low-medium heat, warm up the Daily Gut Nutrition water and add in the bloomed gelatin. Mix gently until no gelatin clumps remain. Transfer this mixture to a glass measuring jug.
- Pour into some gummy moulds and set in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Once set, dig in and enjoy!
Notes:
- These gummies can last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
