Ingredients / Serves 2-4
- 2 cups fruit, fresh or frozen (berries work best)
- 3 free-range eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup cassava or gluten-free flour of your choice
- 3/4 cup milk or mylk
- 2-3 tbsp Vanilla Supergut Protein™
- Optional 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of sea salt
Method
- Arrange fruit in a buttered pie plate
- Add the rest of the ingredients into a blender, blend well & pour over fruit.
- Baked for 45-50 mins at 180°C /350°F.
- Serve warm or cold
