Ingredients / Serves 2-4

  • 2 cups fruit, fresh or frozen (berries work best)
  • 3 free-range eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup cassava or gluten-free flour of your choice
  • 3/4 cup milk or mylk
  • 2-3 tbsp Vanilla Supergut Protein™
  • Optional 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of sea salt


  1. Arrange fruit in a buttered pie plate
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a blender, blend well & pour over fruit.
  3. Baked for 45-50 mins at 180°C /350°F.
  4. Serve warm or cold
