    Collagen Overnight Oats

Written By Steve Collins on July 29, 2022

Love oats? They might not love you back. Enter overnight oats. Stirring up in advance (no cooking necessary) and left to soak while you catch some extra zzzs, soaked oats are much better for your digestion. When soaked overnight, the starch present in the oats is naturally broken down and more nutrients are absorbed by the oats through the period of soaking.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup oats
    • 1/2 cup kefir
    •  Splash of milk
    • 1 tbsp Perfectly Pure Collagen
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • Fresh or frozen berries
    • Orange, sliced thinly

    Method

    1. Mix all ingredients in a jar.
    2. Let soak overnight.
    3. Enjoy.
