This smoothie is for you if you're struggling to "move things along" and you're dealing with constipation. It's an excellent combination of probiotic kefir and prebiotic flax meal, mangoes and gut-soothing collagen.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk kefir
- 1 tbsp sprouted flax meal
- 1/2 cup mangoes, fresh or frozen (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Perfectly Pure Collagen
- Honey to taste (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
