Bloating happens but it shouldn't be a daily struggle.

After helping 250,000+ people build better gut health, here are the top 5 hacks that 9 out of 10 people with bloating aren't doing!

    1. Cook your 'baby plants'

Neither animals nor plants want to be eaten.

Animals bite and run away, while plants poison us and make themselves hard to digest (and cause bloating!).

Make sure to cook your plants well, and consider minimising your intake of seeds, nuts, beans and legumes.

Remember, they're baby plants, so they definitely don't want to be eaten.

    2. Rest and digest

Love to eat on the run or give yourself all of 3 minutes to eat lunch? Bad idea.

When you're stressed, your body diverts energy away from your gut.

This means the function of your gut is reduced, digestion gets worse – and bloating occurs more easily.

Take some deep breaths, sit down and calm yourself before eating.

    3. Build gut strength

Your gut lining is thin - it's only one cell thick. For an organ that has so much work to do, it very delicate.

You can keep it strong by eating easy to digest foods, and plenty of traditional proteins like collagen, bone broth, and organ meat.

Naturally, that's hard to do. But having things like Collagen Restore and some Organic Beef Liver capsules to lean on makes it a lot easier to be consistent with your protein intake.

    4. Simplify your food

There's nothing wrong with a simple, 3 to 5 ingredient meal.

In fact, we've seen literally thousands of people do better with some type of protein, one type of fat, and one type of carbohydrate on their plate.

When food is more simple, quality becomes more important than quantity. So does proper preparation of said food.

Here's an example: Scrambled eggs with parmesan, a piece of fruit, organic coffee with milk, and a tablespoon of collagen.

    5. Ditch the industrial gunk

Added sugars and industrial fats in food are no bueno.

Emulsifiers, corn syrups, thickeners, gums and anything with numbers attached to them also fall into the "ultra processed food" category.

Most packaged foods, even when marketed as healthy, are not good for your gut.

"Filler" ingredients, additives and industrial ingredients required for modern manufacturing are damaging to your gut.
