Start your day with a Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl that’s as nourishing as it is delicious! Method:

  1. To a high-speed blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend to combine, adding a tbsp of milk as needed to thoroughly blend. 
  2. Pour the smoothie bowl into your favourite bowl and top with homemade granola, fresh fruit and nut butter for healthy fats. Dig in and enjoy immediately!
