Makes 8 balls | Gluten-free | Refined sugar-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 heaped tbsp organic matcha powder
- ¼ cup French Vanilla Supergut Protein
- ½ cup nut butter of choice
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk of choice
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- To a medium-sized bowl, add the almond flour, coconut flour, matcha and protein. Whisk to combine.
- Add in all of the remaining ingredients. Using a spatula, fold through to combine. The consistency should be similar to that of cookie dough (firm enough to hold and not too sticky).
- Roll the mixture into 8 small-medium-sized balls. Set in the fridge for around 5 minutes to firm up a little more.
- Dig in and enjoy!
Notes:
- The protein balls can last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
