Makes 8 balls | Gluten-free | Refined sugar-free

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 heaped tbsp organic matcha powder
  • ¼ cup French Vanilla Supergut Protein
  • ½ cup nut butter of choice
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. To a medium-sized bowl, add the almond flour, coconut flour, matcha and protein. Whisk to combine.
  2. Add in all of the remaining ingredients. Using a spatula, fold through to combine. The consistency should be similar to that of cookie dough (firm enough to hold and not too sticky).
  3. Roll the mixture into 8 small-medium-sized balls. Set in the fridge for around 5 minutes to firm up a little more.
  4. Dig in and enjoy!

Notes:

  • The protein balls can last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
