Serving suggestions:
To make jelly: Use 1 tablespoon (15 g) of gelatin to set 200 ml of water.
- Add a small amount of cold liquid to a bowl and sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface.
- Let stand for 5 minutes to allow it to bloom.
- Add to warm liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour into moulds or a dish and refrigerate until set.
