High-polyphenol Pomegranate Creatine Gummies

Gut Smarter
These gut-loving gummies offer a bright, tangy bite that pairs gelatin and creatine with polyphenol-rich pomegranate juice.
Creatine tops up cellular ATP, your cell's main energy currency—useful when the gut is under energetic stress (think illness, poor sleep, heavy training), while gelatin delivers gut-gentle protein rich in glycine and proline, amino acids that help maintain and soothe the gut lining.
They set in under two hours, travel well, and are easy on digestion—perfect as a in-between meal nibble, a post-workout bite, or a simple way to add protein and brain-gut energy support to your day.
Ingredients
- 10g (2 scoops) Pure Creatine
- 2.5 tbsp Pure Gelatin
- 1 cup 100% pomegranate juice (opt for organic if you can)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2.5 tbsp pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Method
- In a small saucepan (off heat), whisk together pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and pure maple syrup. Sprinkle the Pure Gelatin evenly over the top and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until the gelatin is completely dissolved — about 2–3 minutes. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 2–3 minutes (warm, not hot). Whisk in 10g of Pure Creatine until fully dissolved.
- Carefully pour into silicone moulds (or use a dropper). Tap the moulds gently to remove air bubbles. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
