Microbiome-Balancing Mocktail

Eager to enjoy a cocktail while on the gut health journey? How about a mocktail?
As far as the gut goes, alcohol has no redeeming qualities, we’re afraid. This microbiome-boosting mocktail is packed with polyphenols that help you do right for your gut and longevity with each sip.
Serves 2 | Gluten-free | Dairy-free
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of Daily Gut
- 200ml coconut water
- 400ml organic berry kombucha
- 2 tbsp fresh blueberries
- Sliced strawberry to serve.
Method:
- To two small cups, add one tablespoon of the blueberries to each. Muddle or flatten the blueberries until the juices release.
- To a small jug or glass, add the coconut water and daily gut. Using an electric hand-held whisk, mix until completely combined and no clumps remain. Pour evenly among the glasses.
- Top the glasses with the kombucha and add the strawberry slice as a garnish.
