    Sunny, tangy, and hydrating—these Collagen Adrenal Support Gummies turn tropical flavour into a functional snack.

    Coconut water brings natural electrolytes (especially potassium), a pinch of mineral-rich salt helps you hold onto fluids, and honey adds just enough fast carbs for a gentle energy lift. Pure Gelatin gives that soft, springy bite while delivering gut-friendly amino acids (glycine, proline) that are easy on digestion.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup passionfruit pulp 

    • ½ cup pure coconut water

    • 2–3 tbsp honey

    • Pinch of Celtic salt.

    Method
    • Pour coconut water into a bowl.

    • Sprinkle gelatin and mix well

    • Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom. It will absorb the liquid and turn jelly-like.

    • In a small saucepan, gently heat passionfruit pulp, honey and Celtic salt

    • Heat on low, stirring just until honey dissolves. Don’t boil.

    • Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm passionfruit mixture.

    • Stir constantly over low heat until fully melted and smooth (about 2–3 minutes). Avoid boiling.

    • Pour into mould or tray (coconut oil spray can help with sticking)

    • Refrigerate for 2+ hours, or until completely firm.
