    These Blueberry + Lavender Nighttime Glycine Gummies are a calming, delicious way to support deep, uninterrupted sleep. The top layer blends blueberry purée with soothing lavender tea for natural antioxidants and relaxation, while the creamy coconut layer adds richness and balance.

    Ingredients

    (Serves 2–4, depending on mould size)

    Top Layer — Blueberry & Lavender
    • 1 cup blueberry purée (fresh or frozen, blended)

    • ¾ cup strong lavender tea

    • 2 tbsp honey or agave

    • 1–2 tsp lemon juice

    • Pinch of salt

    • 3 tbsp Pure Gelatin

    • 1 scoop Collagen Restore

    Bottom Layer — Blueberry Coconut Cream
    • ½ cup leftover blueberry purée

    • ½ cup coconut cream

    • 1–2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey

    • 1 tbsp Pure Gelatin

    • Pinch of salt

    Method
    Step 1 — Top Layer
    1. Bloom 3 tbsp gelatin in a splash of cold water for 5–10 minutes.

    2. Gently warm the blueberry purée, lavender tea, sweetener, lemon juice, and salt (do not boil).

    3. Stir in the bloomed gelatin and Collagen Restore until fully dissolved.

    4. Pour into silicone moulds and refrigerate 20–30 minutes, until slightly set but still tacky.

    Step 2 — Bottom Layer
    1. Bloom 1 tbsp gelatin in cold water.

    2. Warm coconut cream, leftover blueberry purée, sweetener, and salt.

    3. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until smooth.

    4. Pour gently over the semi-set top layer.

    5. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until fully firm.

    Step 3 — Serve

    Remove gummies from moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
