Gut Smarter Recipe
Looking for a gut-friendly matcha recipe that actually tastes indulgent? This Collagen Matcha Cloud layers organic matcha, Collagen Restore™, and pure coconut water into a creamy, energising drink - designed to support your gut and skin with every sip.
Ready in just a few simple steps, this drink comes together in minutes and makes a lovely everyday ritual or afternoon pick-me-up.
Prep time: 5 minutes | Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp cream (or coconut cream)
- 4 tbsp milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 scoop My Way Up Collagen Restore™
- 2–4g organic matcha powder
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- 200ml pure coconut water
- 1 cup ice
Method
- Whisk the Matcha Foam
Add the cream, milk, matcha powder, maple syrup and Collagen Restore™ to a glass or small bowl. Whisk until frothy and creamy (about 1 minute), be careful not to over-whisk, you want a light foam, not stiff peaks. - Fill Your Glass
Add the ice to a serving glass and fill about three-quarters full with the coconut water. - Layer and Serve
Slowly pour the matcha foam over the top of the coconut water so it sits as a layer. Give it a gentle stir just before drinking, and enjoy. - Store
Best enjoyed fresh, straight after making.
Notes
- Dairy-free option: swap the cream and milk for coconut cream and coconut milk for a fully plant-based version.
- Want it sweeter?: add an extra ½ tbsp maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
