Ingredients - Berry variation:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Collagen Restore
- 1 scoop Supergut Protein French Vanilla
- 1 tsp organic honey or Pure Maple Syrup
- Toppings: Yoghurt, ½ cup berry purée
Ingredients - Matcha variation:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Collagen Restore
- 1 scoop Supergut Protein French Vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp matcha whisked with warm water
- Optional: ½ tsp vanilla
- Topping: Yoghurt to top
Ingredients - Chocolate variation:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½–¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Collagen Restore
- 1 scoop Supergut Protein Swiss Chocolate

Method:
- Add oats, milk, Collagen Restore, Supergut, and your sweetener to a jar.
- Stir in your flavour additions (berries, matcha, or chocolate) until smooth and fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to soften and activate.
- In the morning, add yoghurt and toppings of choice.
