    Mango provides natural enzymes and electrolytes to help with recovery and hydration. Pure gelatin delivers gut-friendly amino acids (glycine, proline) for easy digestion and a springy texture. Pure Creatine helps regenerate ATP, your body’s main energy molecule, supporting strength, focus, and overall performance.

    Ingredients
    • 2 cups strained, blended mango (from 1–2 ripe mangoes)

    • 2 scoops (10 g) Pure Creatine

    • 4 tbsp Pure Gelatin

    • ¼ cup water or coconut water (for blooming)

    • ½ tsp lemon juice

    Method
    1. In a small bowl, add ¼ cup cool water (or coconut water) and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb.

    2. Gently heat the mango puree with lemon juice in a saucepan — do not boil.

    3. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm mango mixture until fully dissolved.

    4. Remove from heat and stir in the creatine. Do not heat creatine, as high heat can reduce effectiveness.

    5. Pour the mixture into gummy moulds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

    6. Pop them out of the moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
