    These paddle pops are the ultimate embodiment of summer! Full of delicious mango flavour yet healthy for the gut and packed in protein.

    The French Vanilla Supergut Protein adds a range of gut goodness including prebiotics, probiotics and enzymes for easier digestion. Hemp seeds are added for extra protein and plant-sourced omega-3s that combat inflammation and improve cognitive function. 

    Gluten-free | Makes 8 small paddle pops

    Ingredients:

    Method:

    1. To a high-speed blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy (should be thick enough to scoop with a spoon, but thin enough to slide off). 
    2. Pour the mixture evenly between eight paddle pop moulds and set in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. 
    3. Once ready, pop out of the moulds, dig in and enjoy! Feel free to top them with organic melted white chocolate and chopped pistachios for extra decadence if desired. 

    Notes:

    • These last well in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
