    Mocha Protein Gummies

    These functional gummies have got your caffeine fix sorted in bite-size form.

    With the rich flavours of coffee and Swiss chocolate, these mocha gummies have been made with Supergut Protein and Pure Gelatin so are a rich source of protein that's gentle on the gut. Great pre-workout, as an afternoon nibble, or a smarter dessert.

    Ingredients

    Method
    1. In a small bowl, sprinkle 3 tbsp gelatin over ¼ cup cold water. Allow to sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom.
    2. In a saucepan over low-medium heat, combine coffee, milk,  Supergut Protein, honey, vanilla and salt. Gently warm, don't boil (use whisk if needed to avoid lumps)
    3. Remove pan from heat. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
    4. Pour mixture into silicone gummy molds or a small baking dish. Tap gently to release bubbles.
    5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully firm. For extra firmness, chill overnight.
