These dark chocolate collagen truffles are rich, fudgy, and made with Collagen Restore™ to support skin elasticity, repair, and that lit-from-within radiance. A warming hit of ginger, turmeric, and orange zest makes every bite feel indulgent — your skin will thank you.
Dairy-free | Makes ~16 truffles
Ingredients:
For the truffles:
- 150g full-fat coconut cream (scooped from top of can)
- 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 organic orange
- ½ tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- ¼–½ tsp turmeric (to taste)
- 1 scoop Collagen Restore™
For the coating:
- 150g dark chocolate, melted
- Extra orange zest
- Pinch of turmeric
Method:
- Gently heat the coconut cream with the orange zest, ginger, and turmeric in a small saucepan until it just simmers — don't let it boil.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate in a heat-safe bowl and let it sit for 30 seconds.
- Whisk until you have a silky, smooth ganache, then stir in your Collagen Restore™ until fully dissolved.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Once set, roll into small balls and place on a lined tray.
- Dip each truffle in melted dark chocolate and finish with a sprinkle of orange zest and a pinch of turmeric.
- Pop back in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
Notes:
- This is perfect for meal prep! It can store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
- Mix in a scoop of Collagen Restore™ into the Greek yoghurt for extra goodness.
