Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh orange juice (strained for smoothness)
- 2 tbsp My Way Up Pure Gelatin
- 1 scoop My Way Up Collagen Restore™
- 2–3 tbsp honey (to taste)
- Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavour)
Method
- Bloom the Gelatin
Sprinkle the gelatin over ¼ cup cold orange juice. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until thick and spongy. - Warm the Liquid
Gently heat the remaining orange juice with honey and salt in a small saucepan. Do not boil — just warm enough to melt the honey. - Combine
Add the bloomed gelatin and Collagen Restore™ to the warm juice. Whisk until fully dissolved and smooth. - Set
Pour into silicone gummy molds or a shallow dish. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm. - Unmold
Pop out the gummies or slice into small squares if using a dish. - Store
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
