    Looking for healthy protein snack ideas? These crunchy prebiotic protein balls are the best minimal ingredient treats to leave in the fridge for when you need a little protein hit, but don’t want to compromise on your health goals.

    Made with Supergut Protein, they contain Solnul® prebiotic to promote good gut health and Lactospore® probiotic to reduce bloating.

    Ingredients

    • 30g French Vanilla Supergut Protein
    • 50g oat flour
    • 20g cocoa powder
    • 2 tbsp natural nut butter (look for seed oil free)
    • 100ml milk of choice
    • 10g cacao nibs
    • 50g dark chocolate
    • Pinch of salt

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients, roll into balls and set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
    2. Dip in dark chocolate and top with sea salt.
